Services Provided

If you are in the process of establishing a new business, Arizona Contractor License Center will work with you to help you form a legal business entity.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to determine your options in choosing the most relevant business entity for your situation. How you choose to set up your company will affect your tax liability and personal legal liability.

The main forms of business entities include:

  • Sole Proprietorship
  • Partnership
  • Limited Partnership
  • Limited Liability Company (LLC)
  • C Corporation
  • S Corporation

Our job is to help move you through the entity setup process in a timely manner. Should you decide to setup an LLC or Corporation, we will be able to assist you in the completion of the necessary forms and documents, handle the filing process, publish your articles and communicate with all of the necessary state agencies to make sure the job is done right the first time.

When filing as a Limited Liability Company or Corporation, you are required to have and appoint a statutory agent. This can be any individual with a physical address in the State of Arizona for one or more years.

Arizona Contractor License Center is a licensed statutory agent in the state of Arizona under our parent company National Contractor Services Corp.

As your statutory agent we will:

  • File address changes to all of the required agencies for your business license
  • Annually review the status of your LLC or Corp.
  • Serve as the party to receive court documents or summons in behalf of your business

Background

Arizona Contractor License Center was founded in 1984 by Robert C. Bowman with Michael Shadel and William Bowman assuming ownership in 2003.

What started out as an idea to help a couple of contractors with studying for their test has developed over time into Arizona Contractor License Center growing into one of the largest contractor schools in the country.

Over the years, we have expanded our licensing services to include providing comprehensive business solutions for our contractor clients.
